
Anytime I host a party I get out my favorite platters and a spatula. Then I grab my favorite spreadable cheeses — like labneh and ricotta— and smear them in a thin layer. Next I top them with my favorites — oven roasted garlic, zaatar, Calabrian chili, etc. and drizzle with olive oil.
I serve it with sourdough bread and focaccia, and people tear pieces off and swipe a magic bite directly into their mouths.
So easy to make, easy to eat, and feeds a lot of hungry party guests.
